It’s a new take on an IPA for us, but still feels somewhat familiar. A Mountain DIPA aims to maximize juiciness, but still keep its bitter edge. Done. ✅
We used a sure-shot addition of Citra and Sabro on the hot side, then dry hopped with funky modern hops - Bru-1 Lupomax, Sabro, HBC630 and Talus. 🥦🥦
The result’s packed to the gills with ripe pineapple, mango, soft floral notes, a squeeze of coconut cream in the finish and assertive, bittersweet pine resin in the finish. 🥭🍍🍊
